Types of Permanent Allocation

There are two types of Permanent Allocations:

Instant
Buy it and start trading with €100,000 allocated to your DARWIN straight away. No performance targets required. You get the capital immediately, with no activation condition to meet.

Target-based
Buy it with a growth target on your DARWIN's quote: 5% or 10%. Once you hit it, the allocation activates permanently. The higher the target, the lower the price.

Why Permanent Allocations

Trading is hard enough. Time limits might put added pressure that pushes traders into bad decisions. Permanent Allocations are designed around these pillars:

• Permanent. Once you buy the Permanent Allocation, it's yours as long as the DARWIN it's linked to remains active. 
• Long-term focus. Build a genuine track record, one that grows with you over time.
• Flexibility in drawdowns. You can buy a Permanent Allocation even while in drawdown. Bounce back and start monetising your recovery, without rushing or over-leveraging.
  
  

How Permanent Allocations Work

Your DARWIN has to be created in order to buy a Permanent Allocation.
Once your Permanent Allocation is active, any profit generated above your activation quote on the €100,000 capital earns you 15% performance fees, on a high-watermark basis.

Example (target-based):
Say your DARWIN quote is 95 when you purchase, and you choose a 10% performance objective. Your target quote is calculated as: 95 × (1 + 10%) = 104.5.

Even if your quote drops further, say to 90, that doesn't affect your ability to activate the allocation. Once your DARWIN reaches 104.5, the allocation is permanently triggered. From that point, you earn 15% performance fees on all profits made above that quote, regardless of any ups and downs along the way.

Example (Instant):
Buy it, start trading. The €100,000 is allocated to your DARWIN immediately. Performance fees of 15% apply to profits from day one.

Compatible with DarwinIA, Boosters, and Investor Capital

Permanent Allocations are independent from and additional to:

• Any allocation received through DarwinIA SILVER or GOLD
• Any real investor capital allocated to your DARWIN
• Boosters (you can pair a Permanent Allocation with Boosters up to a maximum of €600,000 at any given time)
