How to add a bank account

In order to add your bank account information, please go to Settings->Billing, and follow the next steps:

1. Complete the billing information
2. Click on "add bank account"
3. Add your bank account details
4. Upload a bank statement

The bank statement must contain:

1. The full bank account number / IBAN number (if applies).
2. The name of the bank account's holder.

Once the information is completed and the document sent, our team will review the information and typically a confirmation is sent within 24 hours.

As soon as both the billing information is completed and the bank account verified, you will be able to withdraw funds at your convenience.
