The process is very simple. Once you have received allocations and generated performance fees, you can request a withdrawal anytime you want from your payment->Earnings section:
It is necessary to have added a bank account previously.
To mitigate bank transfer fees, withdrawals are only available for amounts starting at $100. It will only be able to withdraw the full amount available in performance fees, partial withdrawals are not possible.
Kindly note Darwinex Zero does not provide tax advisory, so please check how you should report the income received with your corresponding tax authorities.
In order to withdraw funds you must first verify your identity. To do so, please go to Settings->Billing and click on "Verify identity". The system will request you to fill in your data:
- Full name
- ID number
- Address
- Country of residence
Finally, you will be required to upload your identification card (either ID card, passport, or driving license).
Bank account
Once you have completed the billing information, the system will allow you to add your bank account details and upload a bank statement so that we can verify details.
The bank statement must contain:
- The full bank account number / IBAN number (if applies).
- The name of the bank account's holder.
Once the information is completed and the document sent, our team will review the information and typically a confirmation is sent within 24 hours.
As soon as both the billing information is completed and the bank account verified, you will be able to withdraw funds at your convenience.
If you request a withdrawal to a bank account denominated in a currency other than EUR, a currency conversion will be executed and the bank would apply the corresponding exchange rate. There is no commission applied from our side on the bank transfer sent.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
Withdraw Performance Fees to Darwinex Wallet
If you have a Darwinex live account already opened under the same user, you can withdraw performance fees to your Darwinex Wallet directly:
EU clients
If your account at Darwinex is based on the EU regulation, it will only be possible to make a withdrawal to Darwinex wallet for clients who already have made a previous deposit in the Darwinex account.
