A DARWIN can receive capital through five main types of allocation:
DarwinIA: Automatic participation in monthly capital allocation programs (Silver and Gold) based on rating, history, and ranking.
6-Month Guaranteed Allocation: Automatic capital of €25,000 for 3 months if you do not receive a DarwinIA allocation in the first 6 months from the registration*.
*A restart of the subscription would restart the 6 months period, it is 6 months since the start of each subscription
Boosters: Immediate and temporary capital allocations of €25k, €50k, €100k, or €200k, with a duration of 3, 6, or 12 months.
Permanent Allocation: Capital (€100,000) with no expiration that is activated upon reaching a performance target or immediately after purchase, independent of other allocations.
Investors: Gold DARWINs will be opened to investors on the Darwinex platform.
DarwinIA – Monthly Allocation Based on Rating and Ranking
- Capital: From €30,000 to €375,000 per month
- Duration: 3 months
- Capital: From €50,000 to €500,000 per month
- Duration: 6 months
6-Month Guaranteed Allocation
- Capital: €25,000
- Duration: 3 months
Conditions
- Activated if you do not receive a DarwinIA allocation in the first 6 months after registration.
- Delivered as a credit to acquire the €25,000 booster and can be used as a discount to redeem other boosters
- Can be combined with other previously acquired boosters
- The simultaneous booster capital limit is €400,000. If you already have boosters at this amount, you must wait for an allocation to expire to receive the guaranteed €25,000 allocation
- Received even if the DARWIN is excluded due to correlation criteria.
- Performance Fees: 15% on profits, independent HWM
Boosters – Temporary Extra Allocation
- Capital: €25k, €50k, €100k, €200k
- Duration: 3, 6, or 12 months
Conditions:
- Maximum €400k active simultaneously
- Capital invested immediately
- Independent of DarwinIA and Permanent Allocation
- Performance Fees: 15% on profits, independent HWM per booster
Permanent Allocation
- Capital: €100,000
- Duration: No expiration (only expires if subscription is canceled or restarted)
Conditions
- Immediate purchase or with a performance target (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%)
- Independent of DarwinIA and Boosters
- Does not expire; total maximum (Permanent + Boosters) €500k
- Performance Fees: 15% on profits, quarterly HWM

General Considerations
- All allocations can be combined simultaneously (DarwinIA + Boosters + Permanent Allocation)
- Each type of allocation calculates performance fees independently, with its own HWM
- Restarting the subscription results in the loss of any type of allocation
- Boosters and Permanent Allocations do not affect DarwinIA participation
