Can I manage funds from investors?

Once a DARWIN has qualified for DarwinIA GOLD, the DARWIN associated to your signal account is opened to third party capital from outside investors.

How can I attract investor capital?

Once a DARWIN has qualified for DarwinIA GOLD, Darwinex will publish the DARWIN associated to your signal account in the Darwinex-Classic platform, at which point the DARWIN is open to investors.

If you reach this point, you will receive a 15% performance fee on returns achieved from funds invested by third-party investor clients, in addition to any capital allocation from DarwinIA SILVER or GOLD.

Your DARWIN must meet the DarwinIA GOLD eligibility requirements to be opened to investors. If the DARWIN no longer meets the criteria to participate in GOLD, it will still be open to receive capital allocation from investors on Darwinex-Classic.

How to check investor information?

As soon as the DARWIN is published on Darwinex-Classic and the first investor invests in your DARWIN, you will be able to check all the information about every investor in the same section as the DarwinIA allocations: Payments > Allocations in the Darwinex-Classic platform. You'll be able to see individual investments and high-water mark quarter ends for every investor in your DARWIN, updated daily.

The performance fee works the same way as DarwinIA allocations: you receive a performance fee based on the profit each investor achieves, calculated quarterly. For the current performance fee rate, refer to the Darwinex fee schedule.

Selling before a quarter end

In the case of an investor selling the DARWIN before the quarter end, the performance fee is retained and calculated at the end of that quarter, then paid out at that time.
