Can I reset my account or have multiple subscriptions?

You can reset your account at any time but it is not possible to have multiple simultaneous subscriptions associated to the same user.

How do I restart my Darwinex Zero account?

If you wish to restart your subscription, the cost is equivalent to one monthly subscription fee.

 

Important information about account resets

Restarting the subscription implies closing your current track-record (and associated DARWIN) and starting over with a new trading account from scratch. You will again be asked to choose the type of account and trading platform (see your account settings for the currently available platforms).

Please note that restarting your account requires you to complete the calibration stage. Please note that this action cannot be reversed.

Can I have multiple Darwinex Zero subscriptions?

You are free to have different Darwinex Zero accounts, but only 1 subscription is possible per account.

This means that, if you have multiple strategies and would like to provide signals for creation of more than one DARWIN, you will need to open different Darwinex Zero accounts with different usernames & email addresses.
