How to add a bank account

How do I add a bank account?

To add your bank account, navigate to Settings > Billing and follow the steps below:

1. Complete the billing information
2. Click on "add bank account"
3. Add your bank account details
4. Upload a bank statement

What must the bank statement contain?

1. The full bank account number / IBAN number (if applies).
2. The name of the bank account's holder.

How long does verification take?

Once your billing information is completed and the bank statement submitted, our team will review the submitted details and send a confirmation within 24 hours.

As soon as both the billing information is completed and the bank account verified, you will be able to submit withdrawal requests at any time.
